Shipping & Handling Charges
Standard ground shipping is included in the pricing on most storm door replacement parts shipping within the contiguous U.S. Shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada will vary based on the destination, weight and dimensions of the package(s) and shipping method. Expedited shipping is available on many parts for an additional charge. Fullview windows and screens will have a $38.00 additional handling fee on all orders.

On occasion a part will be damaged in shipping. If your purchase was received with shipping damage, please contact us. We will work with the shipping company and see that a new part is sent to you.
Andersen is committed to customer satisfaction and wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Refunds are given within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in the original carton or package with all parts, in salable condition and accompanied with the original receipt. For returns, we will credit your credit card for the price of the product and any applicable sales tax less the shipping and handling costs. There will be a 20% processing fee on all returned items.

The Andersen Storm Door Parts Store accepts orders from and ships to the continental United States and Canada.
Lead time refers to the amount of time until your part will ship from our warehouse; it does not include transit time. We will send you a shipment confirmation once your order leaves our warehouse.
